Hi guys just bought a second hand machine last week and need a little help trying to wire a new jamma harness for the machine. to set mame up.Everything on the machine works but as you will see in the links below the jamma harness that came with the machine had 2 broken wires so they were soldered onto the pcb game board.
Parts bought today were an ArcadeVga, J-pac and a new jamma harness from http://www.ultimarc.com/
So what i need to do is to be able to connect the new jamma harness onto the black connectors like in link 1.

Any help guys with wiring this new jamma harness.

Not sure what kind of help you are looking for ... if you have a JAMMA harness, pinout diagram and the appropriate connectors (did you get the matching "black connectors" ?), it's just a matter of running wire and crimping connectors.
So, you may want to ask a more specific question.
Cheers

Yes i have a new Jamma harness but didn't get new black connectors as i was hoping to use the old ones.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but it might help to read up on Jamma harnesses in general.
Bob Roberts has an excellent page on Jama harnesses and he's a great place to buy connectors, wire etc.

Those black connectors are not part of the JAMMA standard. Those are just connectors for easily connecting/disconnecting the control panel and other parts.
JAMMA strictly covers the connector that attaches to the game circuit board (or in your case, to the JPAC). How you attach all the wires that come off the jamma harness are up to your preference.
