Where can I find ArcadeOS? I have searched for it but can't seem to get a working copy? Why?

What am I doing wrong?

MameWorld is having some issues right now. You can still grab ArcadeOS from my download section HERE (http://www.joymonkey.com/modules.php?name=UpDownload&req=viewsdownload&sid=1). I've got versions 2.47 to 2.52 there.
