SirP - I like that, in fact I made it my homepage.

Question - is there any way to turn E-mail notification OFF, but leave that on so I get notices of updated threads there, but don't get an E-mail about them?

I'm sure it is somewhere in your profile. I've have never had any email notifications so I wouldn't know (other than report to moderator).
