when i made my test panel i made button close together that they touch each other but i noticed that if i did that it makes nuts hard to screw down because they hit each other.
how do you come around this?
-
Don't put the buttons so close together...
I leave about 1/4" between the edges of the button rims.
-
Sometimes turning one nut upside down helps.

Oh sure, it's juvenile, but I know SOMEONE else had to see this besides me. If not, glad to be of cervix ;D
You could shave the lip off each button if mahuti's suggestion doesn't quite give enough room.
