Hello I am looking into building a Beatmania controller for the PS/PS2. As I live in the UK i have no access to the cabinet :( Does anybody have any (good close up) pictures of the controls and cabinet for Beatmania IIDX (anymix) The best I have come across for plans etc is this site:
http://www3.ctktv.ne.jp/~pamnes/bmc/bmc.html (http://www3.ctktv.ne.jp/~pamnes/bmc/bmc.html)
Also If I get the lighted rectangular buttons is there anyway to get the lights working if its on a ps2 controller?
Last question, except from Happs does anybody know where I can get hold of the type of buttons this machine uses. With or without lamps would be great. Thanks
Sean

The beatmania controller at www.lik-sang.com isn;t that expensive.

No offence but I don't really like the ones on there. Plus I was gunna try and get hold of an old real turntable to use :D But I really like the silver plated arcade controls.

I don't remember the homepage (there are lots of different versions anyways), but look up DDR Homepad in Google or another search engine.. it's the only way to get a sturdy, arcade quality platform without buying a NOS one.. I currently have a MyMyBox metal DDR platform (costs about the same [maybe more] as it would have to build one) and it is inferior in every way (stability, durability, reliability, etc.. and they usually come assembled only and get fragged in the mail >:().
Stay Cool! 8)
EDIT: Oh.. BeMani.. my bad.. same difference :P
