Title: NEVERMIND: (Mamewah: This question is not in the FAQ section ..)
Post by: unclet on February 11, 2006, 10:16:15 pm
I was told that for Sega CD games (and others which use CDs), it was not required to actually burn these images to disc to play them, rather I would need to use some thing like (Daemon Tools) which will allow me to simulate mounting the drive to the image.

Question

If I switch from one Sega CD game to the next, then I guess I would first need to unmount the current CD and then mount the next CD.   Is this correct?  If so, then how do I get MameWah to do this?  If not MameWah, then how should I do it?

<EDIT>  I just remembered these things called wrappers .....  and I also noticed the daemon-tools is used in the INI file.   I will look into it more....

SegaCD emulators have support for bin/cue/iso etc. files so using a virtual drive or wrapper is not neccessary.
