Title: How much space would every mame rom take up "If I was a millionare and owned all
Post by: Mark70 on February 08, 2006, 09:28:03 pm: Just asking hypothetically. If I were a millionaire and owned every arcade cabinet ever made. How much memory would all of the roms stored in one place take up.

Is it really possible that it's in the order of magnitude of a TB as in a terrabyte? as in 1000 gigabytes?

I have them on 2* 70 gig HD
I have close to 4 gigs left on each

I've always wondered, would they load faster if you stored them uncompressed? How much would that take up?
