Look at the examples of various jukeboxs in this forum.  They seem to be very individual or a variation of the plans from VMJ.   Retroblast has a review of these plans and many people have given it a go by just adjusting their units to the hardware that they have.

Kits are also available

For what it's worth....

I created my juke from the plans offered at mameroom.com.  The  plans seem to better now then when I bought them and I have to say it was pretty easy.  I wasn't in a hurry so it took about a week or two to cut the wood, assemble and paint.
