I have a 9200 (not the 7000) version of the ArcadeVGA card for sale. Pulled from a cocktail table when it was converted from mame back to Ms. Pac. Works great. Original Ultimarc product.

$70 shipped in the US.

I will also include the cable used to connect the ArcadeVGA to a JPAC. If you want to hook it up directly to the monitor, you could easily cut one end off the cable and wire it.
