Title: video issue- need help

I have a nfl blitx 99 pcb with hard drive, issue is the video- see pics.

When i turn the unit on , it passes all tests, sound is good, controls and coin mechs work but video is wrong. I tested the jamma connector with my other games and it tests ok. Hard drive cable looks good too. Could this be a bad hard drive? I could not find any loose wires? I just played this game last week and it was fine, Any ideas? Thanks
