Title: How do I wire a Miniature Momentary Contact Pushbutton?

I have a bunch of "A" buttons from Happs for admin functions.  http://www.happcontrols.com/pushbuttons/49057700.htm

one pin is wired to ground, the other pin is wired to your encoder.

I do not think it matters which pin you connect ground to ... just pick one.

I got a couple of those buttons from Radio Shack and that is how I wored them up .... they work fine.

Yep, a switch is just like touching two wires together, doesn't matter which pin does what, as long as it completes the circuit.
