I am looking at two different chassis'. Both are in companies are in Miami so I am thinking it is very possible they are the same thing.
Does anyone prefer one of these over the other?

Actually, there's another place in Miami for you to check: Alva Amusement. Alva has two websites, one has the contact info and the other has lower prices!
http://alvaamusement.com

The earthlink site you mention is "video1963" ebay seller and he sells the same things as Alva does, but at a higher price. Video1963 has a nice writeup on how to swap the chassis though.
Bottom line: 8liners chassis is just so-so. Alva and video1963 are way better.
Alva Amusement and video1963 sell the Wei-ya brand monitors & replacement chassis. 8liners sells the Jen Shinn brand replacement chassis.

Thanks Ken!

Just ordered a new 825H chassis from Alva and it was $88 shipped. These do need isolation transformers. I'll post some pics and a short review when it gets here.

I measured my yoke and red/blue = 1.5 ohms
and the green/yellow measured 9.8
I assume this is a good set of numbers for that replacement board.. Alva emailed me back and had me check it so hopefully my tube will work with their board..
I cant wait to play my arcade machine.. Had it in storage for 2 yrs and just now got to mess with it...I can hear the game, but cant play it and its driving me insane..

That's pretty close to my 25K7193. It was 1.6 ohms on the red/blue and 10.2 ohms on the yellow/brown.

Remember that the resistance reading will vary depending on the quality/make/calibration of the meter you are using and also whether it's analog or digital. What you've measured is 'close enough' and that's considered the low impedance range of chassis needed.

For anyone ordering one of these, model 825H DOES NOT have the remote adjustment board. I asked for one with a remote adjustment board and got one without. It really doesn't matter to me, but if you want a remote adjustment board you need chassis model 825HR. The chassis also comes with a power plug, but you need to cut it off and use an isolation transformer.
