I ordered a Super Mario bros marquee repro from a website. It looks awesome, a perfect repro. However, when i went to stick it on the plexi, i got it crooked, so i had to pull it up and reposition it. It turned out OK, but you can see where i had to pull it back up, just on the right hand side. You can't tell at all unless you get a light shining directly on it. With the marquee lit, you can't notice it at all. And to the casual eye, you wouldn't be able to notice anything at all. But i'm anal, and it's bugging the heck out of me that i screwed this up, so I went and ordered another repro today.
So, anyone that's interested in my old marquee, let me know...i can take pics, it's really not that bad, i'm just a perfectionist. The plexi cost me 5.00 and the repro was 30.00, so it's a 35.00 value. Make me an offer...now's your chance to get a SMB marquee in average condition for a good price....just trying to recoup some of my losses, i hate to throw this useable marquee in a closet somewhere.

As you can see, looking straight on or with the marquee lit, you don't notice anything. It's only when the light glares on it just right that you notice the screw up.
