I nipped down to the local Maplins earlier on today. Stacked up in one corner was the X-Arcade 2 player...... price

Maplins occasionally do stuff like that, it seems they buy in products for niche markets that just don't sell and they end up in the dump bins for next to nothing.

BTW Maplins is the UK equivalent of Radio Shack

Can you tell us which branch of Maplins you saw this deal at?
