Considering you edited your first post, I do not know what your issue was. Would you mind sharing with everybody just in case someone has a similar situation to your own?

Yeah, I wanted to only receive one email after someone posted to a subscribed thread instead of an email for every post.

The option to change it is in the profile setting, I just missed it the first time.
