Hi. does anyone know of any sites with step by step instructions on how to build a jamma cab from scratch ? ( I have thee actual cab building under control, its the rest of it i need help with) i found this site
http://www.newgamesource.com/Jamma%20Kits.html
that sells jamma kits. i am guessing that if i get kit # 3 and a monitor I'm in business. one thing I'm not sure about is how do you connect the wires from the buttons and sticks to the harness. is it labeled and you just connect to the grounds and Com's like you would if using an i pac ??? any info would be much appreciated,
thanks, Ron

Bob Roberts site is a good one with all the instructions to build a cab from scratch (guts) and connect a jamma harness.

Your harness should have a label on the connector showing what pin connects to what. Some even have small labels on the wires. Depends on who you get the connector from. Since jamma connectors are standard even a list of what pin connects to what button is all that is required.

Here's a couple of links I've used.
Excellent site tells you exactly what you need to put together a jamma test rig that you could put inside a cab to hook up Jamma boards

Site with pinouts for hacking an ATX power supply to power you jamma board
