This is what I posted at Ultimarc after having the card for 30 minutes.
----------------------------
Package arrived at 10:32 am. It is now 10:56 and my machine is running PERFECTLY. Andy, in the last two years I have spent hundreds of dollars on converters, software, video cards, monitors (arcade and VGA), cabling, connectors, and endless hours of tweaking software and drivers. What I could not accomplish in two years -- ANDY's ArcadeVGA fixed in less than 30 minutes.
Andy -- I will be purchasing two more cards (as soon as my wife forgets that I bought a Video Card so near Valentine's Day).
I really can't say enough about the card. I simply plugged it in, ran set up, configured MAME, played with monitor's color and brightness and in less than 20 minutes I was playing.
Windows non-interlaced is WONDERFUL -- no flicker, no rolling. If you have an arcade monitor you have to get this card.

Sounds neat :) Uhh, I really need to get one aswell... would love to see if anything could be improven by using andy's card instead of a TNT2...
Time will show (when I have the spare money for it :))
