So I purchased Mag-Stik Plus sticks to replace the ones that came with my X-Arcade. I'm about to wire things up, and I'm 99% sure I know how this is working, but before I do anything...
What happens if I inadvertently switch the NO and Do not connect connections? Will the joystick just not work or could I possible short or damage the electronics?
Also, if anyone knows a good how-to guide on this stuff it would be greatly appreciated! ;D

It will melt down to the center of the Earth's core, cause a massive volcanic eruption, spewing thousands of tons of volcanic ash, blocking out the sun and sending this planet into a second ice age, destroying all life on this planet as we now know it..... or not. ;D
I think it will depend on the game. I was messing around with my cab and snapped off the NO on the fierce punch button for Street Fighter. Cool thing was, when testing the inputs, the game acknowledged when the button was down vs when up. The game saw it as if it was wired normally. However every so often, Ryu was picked for me before I could choose.
