I want this...
I want sanwa jlf/flash sticks and buttons, please let me know a price and we can work somthing out.
It must be made with quick disconnects just incase the buttons eventually die.
The gate on the sticks NEED to be square.
Any questions? lol
They should look somthing like this

unfortunatly no... i just want it to play on console... making a cabinet IMO is not worth the 600+$ to me since i'm only 17
-
A cabinet is going to be cheaper than getting somebody to replicate the controller in the image. $600 is about what I'd charge to do that controller to spec. The shape makes construction and, ultimately, laminate a pain in the ass. You'd have better luck, a thicker wallet and a better time just trying to build it yourself.
Everyone here does this stuff as a labor of love. There's no real market for complete control panels because of the time involved and the fact that everyone has a different take on what makes the ultimate controller. I can make my own control panel but if you hire me or anybody else, it won't be quite right and you'll end up with an expensive 25lb piece of equipment that you don't really understand in the event that something goes wrong.
Do it yourself. You'll learn about wood work, console controller hacking and wiring. Repair skills, by the way, are what women really need out of men starting in their mid-20s so you would be wise to learn a thing or two while it's fun. Buying your way into your ideal controller isn't going to work here.
Sorry. That's the truth.

that is an actual product being released for 260$ us... i am just lazy and dun wanna wait.
-
:) Geez... whatever, man... just wait because nobody will do $260. I still think you should give it a shot.
No matter. I have already spent too much brain power here.
-
sega is releasing that stick... so i d k what u mean "no one will do it for 260"
lol

I believe he is telling you that no one here would build one for that price. I am neither agreeing or disagreeing with his statement. I was just giving my English translation of his post.
I think you will be able to find someone who can build it. I would try to find someone to do the case and you take care of the rest. Someone could make a simple block version of this with a table saw and a router in a couple hours. Since I'm a big believer of DIY, I will be of no assistance other than advice.

I really like the look of the panel you posted, but I think it's too expensive so I'm going to build one myself
You can get a panel of exactly the same measurements and specs for a lot less.
example:

I just did a search on google imagesearch for "sega astro control panel"
Anyway, that leaves a lot of money to build the box and hack a pair of joypads...
-
already have the pair of joypads
the 2 sticks
i just need buttons and that layout
-
richardp171 a member here sells the buttons and he has some aluminum astro style panels like the example that dennis808 posted. His panels are typically blank so you can art em up anyway you want.
-
Nobody here will do it for $260, smartass. Only a company that can mass produce them (i.e., Sega) can bring the cost down enough to make money on it.
-
Hey Ninja, leave the kid alone. You know this guy or something? He already has the controls. This can be made for well under $260. I don't understand the bashing?!
-
I don't understand it either. I left early last night and got in this morning to his asinine response to my statement.
