well here another project to keep me busy!lets start with the pics..

it was a galaga cab that had alot of work instore for me.
the damage was was there,termite the corner were busted out.
the inside was gutted nothing left at all.

well after a few weeks of pulling late nighters of finally got most of the cab work done

and just recieved the moniter also its the wells u3100 and its working out great

i also recieved the controls from happs but i currently getting a control panel rolled from a local
metal shop so i can fit the custom holes.
im still working on the marquee as well as the cp overlay
im going with the name "avalon OS"
well the sides i relamnated..fill most of the corners in and build back the back.im stoked that its coming out as well as i planed..

nope its raster if of a comic i have that i just messed around with. the guy that printed them was very helpful also i got both sides down for about 60 dollers
and since i relaminated the sides i had to order special teemolding because on side is a tad larger.. :P so still waiting on that..

Hey squire, can you go into detail on how you worked the sideart in Raster? Which program did you use?

yeah no promblem what kind of help do you need?
im using photoshop cs2 along with illustrator cs2
im just using illustator for the logo but everthing else will be in raster

that sideart is nice! I wanted to do SF art on my cab too, but you kinda crushed my ---smurfy--- ideas. cheers!

ok well i scan the book i had at 300 dpi then enlarged as big as i could get it befor it got pixelated.
then i took a photo it in raw formated the blew it up from there. i was able to get it about 33wide and 41high
i clean it up a little in photshop but to much.
i like the comic book pitted look.

well im almost done got everthing set..just working on the marquee and the bezel art now so i put the ninja spirts..ugh gaiden bezel and marquee in...
but here are the finshed pics its on the way to my shop so it can keep us occupied when its not busy..

That's some sweet sweet work you've done there. It looks fantastic.
