I have a few old crappy computer monitors lying around, and I had an idea for a project.
How hard is it to make a monitor light up in a single solid colour without a computer? Can I just tie one of the RGB pins to ground/+5, or do I have to supply a sync? Any idea how to generate a simple sync signal?
