I am mounting this thing from underneath my metal control panel. I glued a 2-3/8" x 2-3/8" x 3/4" block of wood to the underside using Gorilla Glue (holy crap that stuff is strong!) so I have something to mount it to. There is a 1/2" diameter hole drilled in the center of the block for the shaft to pass through. I don't want carriage bolts or anything to show on top.
Anyway, what do you use to mount the spinner in the wood? The mounting holes are pretty small and the screws that came with it don't even come close to fitting (maybe they sent the wrong kind?)...
Thanks!

I have a slikstik spinner but had the same problem. I mounted mine underneath. I don't think the slikstik came with screws - or I lost them in the garage while building the cab.
At any rate, the wood screws I had didn't fit through the holes. So I just took my drill and a bit that was big enough and just re-drilled the holes in the spinner. Then my screws fit fine. :) I used either 8-1/2" or 6-1/2" screws. Or maybe they were 3/4".... ??? I can't remember now.

The spinner (should have included) 4 very small wood screws. They seemed a bit meager to me... so I went ahead and got some small 1.25" machine screws with nuts/washers and basically bolted it to the panel.

Thanks guys. I'll dig around and see if I can find the proper screws (all of my arcade parts are in a box with no organization whatsoever). I don't want to drill bigger holes in the mounting plate if I can avoid it.

Mine came with 4 screws to mount it but it didn't come with a set screw to hold the spinner knob on the shaft. Any idea what size set screw to use?
