Post by: divemaster127 on January 12, 2006, 10:07:23 am
Hey guys as of version .100, ultrastyle no longer works so im trying out new frontends & i have a couple of questions...
1. mamewah-great looking frontend, i gave up its hard to setup

2. atomicfe decent frontend BUT from what i have seen, it does not allow snap videos & there is no sound in the frontend, tell me if im wrong but for those 2 reasons its out

3. games ex - im working on it now but for some reason the frontend is not seeing my roms, i checked the path twice & its fine any ideas

4. 3darcade im setting it up now

5.  maxmus arcade-im setting it up now

Any help or input would be apprecaited

Hard to setup, easy to use.  Minwah posts on here often.  Probably worth learning how to set up.

I think you're wrong, but not sure as I have only briefly tried Atomic.

Try posting on their forum.

3.)  The first time you go in, you need to click on "update list", it's at the bottom of your Mame into page.

You're wrong.  Atomic support snap video (but not MNG only AVI and you have to have the right codec installed) and you can put sound on all events  and Background music too (mp3, wav, mid...etc)
