Title: K7200 Issues
Post by: CPickler on January 10, 2006, 04:47:49 pm
I just upgraded the standard 1988 Well's Gardner monitor that came with the Double Dragon 2 cabinet.  I put in a new K7200 and powered it up and the image is moving very quickly up and to the right.  I have adjusted all the controls I can see and they are not making much of a difference in the extreme rolling.  I used the same connector I wired up to use on the old monitor.  Do I need to rewire my connector for the new monitor?  I will attach pictures and more details in about an hour.

I have wg7202 monitor and I also had an old WG 46xx something. I don't remember exactly what happened when I connected the NEW one thinking it would just be a swap and it goes, I was wrong. I found out after lots of fidling that the NEW one's V-Sync/H-Sync must be separated. In my older setup, this wires was twisted to get composite connection and I'm assuming that this would be your case.

thanks.

Where can I get the new molex (or plastic) connector for connecting to the monitor and connecting the wires into the connector?
