Title: Retroblast acquires Gameroom magazine
Post by: TravistyOJ on January 09, 2006, 10:40:25 am
This was mentioned in another thread, but I felt this news warrents its own thread.  So what do you guys think?  Anything specific you want to see in the new Gameroom magazine?  Maybe Kevin or James will get on here and tell us a bit more.  :)

EDIT: link http://www.retroblast.com/index.php

This is excellent news. :D
Now I have to go around the house lifting up cushions looking for $62.00 in coins so I can get a 2-year subscription.

I'm with arcadefever here ... I love the mag, but would also love more vidstuff ... looks like we'll be getting it.

Cheers.

I would expect you will see more vids and other crossover from RB. Kevin is certainly the man with the vision so we will all have to wait and see what the first few issues look like but the more I help out with RB, the more I am impressed on a daily basis at what he has accomplished so far.

(as part of our agreement I am required to say that every few weeks publicly)

Kev. Make your changes gradual. People don't like change. But they'll accept it over time.

Also may I suggest a monthly Crap-Mame page?  ;D

Ehhhh. I get my fix online.

I've stopped subscriptions to multiple magazines in the past year for the simple fact that there is better/more up to date info online.

Pinball and Jukeboxes are where the money is. Us old-schoolers are a small market.
