Title: Does DC fishing controller work with DC to USB adapter?

Or how about the Mad Catz N64 fishing controller using an adaptoid?  Anybody done this?

I'd doubt it since the DC controller is read by the Dreamcast as a specialty controller. Any controller that's weird but read as a standard controller should work though.

But then again, my RadioShack PS->USB adapter DOES work with neGcon-type driving controllers.
