Title: anybody know if LED stuff can be installed into this trackball?

i don't see any info if it can be used with this trackball.

You can install LED's in this untill you're blue in the face, but without a translucent ball, it will do no good.  If you get a translucent ball, there are two ways to mount lighting.  Happs sells a light for it, or there is also two holes on the bottom of the case and you could mount your own led's.  I would take route two as you can make that baby glow!  Also, get Ponyboy the part number before you buy, he can kill Happs prices and is a straight up go to guy.  If he can't get a hold of it immediately, I know there is a guy from Texas on Ebay who is also cheap and usually has it in stock.

You can, and it would look good too.  Place the LEDs around the top rim of the trackball, pointing out of the small gap.  When lit, the perimeter will glow.
