Title: Help Identifying a diode
Post by: Mickey Juice on January 02, 2006, 11:01:08 pm
Hey all,

I have a broken diode from an Eygo chassis I'd like to know the value of...

The first one looks like a zener with:
A3
7

the dudes at Jaycar decided on a
7.5V 1N4737 1 Watt Zener Diode

Correct?  ???

The other one reads
10bb
4
2E

and I'm just gunna use a 1N4004 diode.

Eygo monitors are ALL in reality Wei-ya monitors. Eygo was merely the (then) USA distributor for Wei-ya/Huai I Electronics.

Could this be a Wei-ya 1220? I bet if you emailed the pictures of your chassis to Alva Amusement, they could identify the Wei-ya model it is and may have parts information and/or schematics.
