I got out of a box of cereal an "80 Atari Classic Games in one!". It appears as if it uses the same kind of ROM's that mame uses. Just wondering if this is the case, and if I was to use the mame roms with a mame front end, would I still be legal as long as the disk exists in my possession??

Hmm, good question. I think it was the "Lucky Charms", "Trix",... ones like that. It's possible that this promotion was only done in Canada. Can't say for sure. I'm not even 100% sure if it's even still running here right now. I just know that I currently have 2 copies, but don't know what I can / can't do with it.

Its Post Ceral brands. Thats was a older promotion they had during the summer. So it maybe tough to find now.

Note they're mostly Atari 2600 titles and hence not MAME related anyway...

Actually there was 10-12 arcade games on the disk. Definatly not all 80 are arcade. I was mostly wondering about the arcade versions. I think of the arcade ones, there were really only a couple of good titles. Asteriods, Asteriods deluxe, Missle Command, Millipede. A few good ones regardless. :D
