if you have a radio shack they should have the wire's and hookups.

Got a Fry's nearby? I know theres one near Dallas, but not sure about Houston...
They should have the electrical parts at least.

I just found out that Groovy Game Gear sells the .187 insulated quick disconnects.
Here is the LINK (http://www.groovygamegear.com/cgi/surfshop/shop.cgi?ud=UURJUkNNQkhQRCUlJSUlJTExMzYxNzcxNDAA&storeid=1&cols=1&categories=0023&&c=detail.htm&itemid=QDF-BLUE187-25)
Home Depot will have the 1-1/8" Forstner bit to cut the holes in your control panel.
Find another Radio Shack if you can't get to Fry's (which is a great place to get wire). What you are looking for is .22 guage stranded hookup wire.

Those will certainly work. The actual disconnect is not insulated, but I have not found that to be an issue with panels where I have used those. My first recommendation would still be the ones from Groovy Game Gear. Nobody ships stuff faster than RandyT.

Doesn't Peale have disconnects?
1 1/8" drill bits come up from time to time in the B/S/T forum. Post a WTB there.
I have disconnects, hook-up wire, locks, heck I even have 1 1/8" spade bits.

One other friendly word of advice. Don't work on your control panel first. Work on it last. This is because:
1) You'll never finish your cabinet if you get the controls working.
2) Your control panel layout may change several times
3) You may get extra controls that you don't need.
4) If your cabinet design changes, you won't have to rip the control panel apart.

Sorry, Peale. I would have recommended you first, but I didn't know your shop was back online.

I found a 1 1/8" spade bit at Big Lots for $0.99 that works great for button holes. Of course it's always hit and miss there.

Yeah, I decided sitting on all this inventory wasn't doing me any good.
