I have a Golden Tee 2k arcade game with a 25" monitor that is a Wells Gardner model G-A63ADG25X. The picture is bright and the colors fine, but there are vertical stripes that run from top to bottom that pop up all the time (gray and yellow in color and about an inch wide.) Also, there are visual artifacts in certain areas of the course mainly the trees and sand traps (distorted looking mosaic sections.) I have attached a couple of images displaying the problem.
Is this a video card issue? A monitor issue? What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks.

That number you provided is not the model number. That is the number of the picture tube.
Your problem is not the monitor. It looks like you have a gameboard problem. This board uses many surface mount components. You will need to ship the board back to the factory for repairs. The factory website is www.itsgames.com
I suggest you email these same pictures to the tech support department. Chances are they will also tell you to ship the board to them for repairs.

Thanks. I called a company that deals with repairs and they think it's the main board so I'm sending it off for repair.
