I just travelled 11 hours with a decased t.v. in a cabinet.
-
Is it a degaussing issue?
Sounds like it!
-
Also perhaps the neckboard is loose, or the yoke may have cocked just a bit. Check it out.
-
Will do, thanks!

A t.v. repairman came out and looked at it and he thinks it is an internal issue. He used a degausing tool and checked out the back. What could the problem be? Everything seemed to be in check when I was setting it up. Could it have been damaged somehow while I was driving?

just for the heck of it, hook pc back to pc monitor, make sure tv out is enabled, you just never know, it can be something that simple. With certain cards even if you had it enabled and restart again, the pc loses settings, it happens. Good Luck.

Well, I have some closure to the issue. The cousin went and bought a new t.v., decased it and switched it out. The good news: Both t.v.'s were fine. The bad news: The s video port on the video card is the problem. I tested it here in Ohio before I left, so I must have broke something up there when I hooked it up?! I don't know, but I have an extra card sitting around, so at least I saved the money of a new t.v.. He just put it back in the case and returned it with no questions. Thought this might be an interesting point of interest for anyone having issues.
