I have the ms pac cocktail with electrohom g07 ca0 monitor. It it playing position I have discoloration towards the bottom right....tilt it up about 45 degrees and it's fine, any idea's. I was under the assumption that the auto degausser would take care of that unless of course its failed.
Here are some pics....the first one is a full screen shot, notice the bottom part of the maze and how the geometry is off. Second picture is of the off color....notice how the left part of the word is red....and the right is orange...
Any ideas

You just need a degaussing coil to degauss it manually. The degaussing coils in monitors aren't a cure all. I've had to degauss more monitors manually than I can count.

Wouldn't that indicate there's a magnet in the vicinity of the monitor, such as an unshielded speaker?

That was my first concern that a magnet was causing the inference, this still has the factory speaker in it i believe....i'm gonna remove it anyway just to be sure

Could even be the earth's magnetic pull doing it. Try rotating the cocktail and see if anything changes.

I'm gonna give that a shot too Peale....could it also be one of these transformer malfunctioning and putting off some kind of magnetic pull

Peale,
Your a genius, just rotated the hole machine 180 and colors are normal, dam irritating earth. The first pics is so you can see normal colors. The second one I need opinion on, I used flash so you could see the edges of the monitor, does ms pac stretch to the edges or is that normal...
thanks

Use the height and width adjustments on the monitor to adjust it to your liking.

I see you've resolved it by rotating the whole cab, however I thought I'd just add that I had an issue with a pair of unshielded speakers that came installed in one of my cabs. I replaced them with a cheap shielded pair and all was fine.

I have the exact same problem in my Ms. Pac upright cab....same exact location, lower rt. corner....i've moved it all over the room with no success. Could it be the speaker...is there something i can stick in their to manually sheild it w/o replacing the entire speaker?
