Which interfaces did you get? Dreamcast? Psx? PC?

PS2, reason why I want to change it is the P-360 is on sale for $25 and I was wondering if I can do it my self. that will save me a lot of money, I was thinking of sending my MAS stick back to Massystem.com and let then intal it. The intallation is free but I need to pay for a P-360 which is $35 and I have to pay for shipping back and fort which is somewhere between $30 to $40.

Yeha, I'm hopefully going to buy 2 of those P360s and either build 2 new joysticks, or 1 cp with 2 joysticks and buttons on it. One problem about the Mas sticks, at least this is how my bro's is, is that they have weird like straight wire things for the grounds, and you'd probably have to modify that a little bit to get it to work, and that they actually solder all their connections, no quick disconnects on that shiznit. So you'd have to unsolder a bunch of stuff, which wouldn't be too hard.
Ok, on a Ps2 interface, I'm guessing you can take your +5v from the Ps2 controller output, so look where the interface board goes off into the 7 wires that connect to the ps controller port, then look at this diagram: http://www.gamesx.com/controldata/psxcont/psxcont.htm I'm pretty sure you get the +5v from the VCC, or Pin 5. i believe you're going to have to use a multimeter to find out which wire goes to which pin, not sure on that one, but it shouldn't be too hard. Then just bring that to the +5v on the Perfect 360s and you're good.
If anyone else wants to clearify how to do this, because I've never personally done this, please feel free.
