Title: 1 1/8" OD, 3/4" GW Grommet?

Anyone know where I can get such a grommet? I went to Lowes tonight and they had a 1 1/8" Grommet, but not the width I am looking for. The largest they had was 5/8".

I tried looking for some a long time before, but no luck. I even tried to get someone to custom make them.
