Stunt Cycle is definitely discrete logic (no CPU or Roms).
There was an emulator WIP a while ago, but it died before it was completed. Not sure if it would be added to MAME even if someone emulated all the circuits in software.
Judging by Monaco GP, I would say not, but that was a different approach, so not sure . . .

If it is discrete logic, it will not be added to MAME. There was something that I read a while ago about the MAME developers don't want anything that doesn't require a rom (this is why there is no pong in MAME).

Ok, I knew these games did not have Roms ... I was just hinting that someone might try to create a game based on the discrete logic in the boards. "Emulate" is the wrong word to use ....
