I've been trying to set up a MAME cabinet for my brother, but I haven't been able to get the monitor to run @640x480 as required by ArcadeOS (for best appearance) and apparently by AdvanceMenu (in order to see anything at all - see my other posts in the monitor/video forum and in the software forum).
Can anyone give me an idea of what it would cost to replace a Wells-Gardner 19K7602 with a more capable 19" monitor? I don't need the old monitor, so I would be willing to offer it in trade. Is there anyone close to Downintown, PA who'd be willing to do the work?

I have a 19" Egyo VGA Arcade monitor for sale. I paid $200.00 for it. I'd ask the same (as it has never been used). Shipping across country for the last one I sold was about $35.00.

wouldn;t you be able to use the new arcadevga to get the results you want?

a 19 in monitor should cost about $160- 170...
try www.pricewatch.com...
good luck...

hiyu - can you post me a link to $160.00 VGA Arcade monitors? The wells-gardener version of this monitor sells for over $350.00.

he quoted pricewatch.. so I believe he was referring to 19" PC monitor.. which is different from your Egyo VGA arcade monitor..
