Post by: daywane on December 15, 2005, 09:12:06 am
I was just about to order my gamecube chip.
On my way to pick up a money order and I found hints to Viper Extreme.

I see hints about being able to backup disks with out BBA!?

I'm not completely sure, but I thought the only way to play backups was through the Phantasy Star Online exploit.  GC discs will not read on any commercial DVD player from what I understand...

Game Cube discs won't read on a comercial DVD player but comercial DVDs can be read by the Game Cube.

I've heard that the IcedCube (http://www.icedcube.com) cases were supposed to be good but I haven't tried one first hand yet.
