when was the last time he performed?  i haven't seen a movie in a while with him.

He was a funny ---fudgesicle---.  He was also really sick.  MS I think?

A fairly good summary of his life, he was ill with MS for a long time.
He will be missed.   :'(

First album I ever bought.

This news sucks, but he was hit hard by MS.  Terrible disease.

Just flat sucks.

ah, so that explains his hollywood disapperance.  i kept waiting for the sequel to moving.

Stir Crazy = one of the funniest movies ever made.  For me, Blazing Saddles = Funniest movie ever made (Pryor was co-writer)

Loved the bit about the smelly cab driver in Africa.

His last movie came out in '91.  He went back to stand-up for a while afterwards.
