Hi,
I have a 19" monitor, mounted horizontal. Recently I noticed that the picture in the monitor is not quite horizontal. I mean that the bottom left corner of the picture is a little higher than the bottom right corner. for the top corners it is the same. I checked whether my monitor is mounted horizontal, and it is. I tried the horizontal and vertical adjustment knobs, but that only changed the size and the position of the image, not the rotation. What could be the problem?

You mean it's cocked at an angle?

Yes. Not much, but still.

Then you don't have a horizontal/vertical problem, you have another issue.
What is the make/model of monitor, please?

Your yoke is a little twisted.
Loosen and turn.
(I do it with the power on wearing work gloves)
