This is a bit of bragging, but damn it.. I earned it.
I have no finals this semester! This morning I took my last Chem quiz, and am exempt from the final with a 92 average on all my quizzes. I also exempted out of my Corporate Finance final, and I don't have to take my Operations Management "last test" on Friday unless I really think it'll help my grade. All my other classes have final tests only.
Sweet!
And had I needed to take all the actual finals, I'd be stuck here til the 22nd. Now I get to go home Friday.
How are all you other college guys doing with Finals?

Video Game Design Major at DePaul university :) Tis hard, but the classes are fun and interesting.

I had my Systems Design and Analysis final tonite, but the way the class was structured, it was more of a "last test" than a final. That's how 3 of my classes are this semester, so I really lucked out. The original date for my OpMgmt final was the 22nd
And as for being out for 3 weeks already Daemon... I'm jealous haha

I have finals in all of my classes. Not only that but this has been by far the worst semester of my life. Not only has it been the worst semester of my life but it has been the ONLY semester in my life where I didn't thoroughly enjoy the hell out of school. So it wasn't just the worst but it was an order of magnitude worse than any other time in my higher education career. I could have actually liked my classes and still thought, well, I guess this is the worst one since, even though it was fun, all my other semesters have been even better. But no...I hated it.
To add insult to injury my Advanced Grammar French class's final is set for Friday, but I have to reschedule it for Wednesday (giving me two fewer days to prepare than everyone else) because I'm having a tonsilectomy on Thursday.

well, i have to makeup this intro c++ final, but it turns out my prof was just a summer adjunct professor. i vaguely recall her saying to send the exam back to italy after i had completed it, but there simply isn't enough time now seeing that the school won't pay for any expensive fedex overnight. i'm just gonna take the F because i can't get a drop because i can't get approval or confirmation.

I have 5 finals. Thermodynamics on Friday, Vehicle Vibration and Control on Monday, Thin-Walled Structures as well as Aerodynamics/Hydrodynamics on Tuesday, back to back no less, and finally, Operational Methods on Wednesday.
Help! :(

Finished with Web Design I have a quiz Fri. but teacher says it'll be an easy 100% I'm looking at a 96% if I ace that..
Just got done with my Access final project I have a test Monday on the level III material... looking at a 94% in that one...
Almost done with my final project in intro to programing. I should end up with at least a 93% there.
I have a finals test in Mathmatical models (sadly no bikini clad cheesecake there, I think the course title was misleading) I've got a 98% in that one without the finals..
I've busted ---my bottom--- this semester but all solid A's...
not bad for a slacker such as myself 8)

1) Going to work and collecting paycheck every 2 weeks 301
2) Playing with your kids 415
and 3) Building mame machine 101
Sometimes I miss school, but hearing about finals and all that ulcer inducing stress makes me glad to be past all that. So, anyway, good luck on your finals. ;D

Sometimes I miss school
I feel that way often - none of my current circle of friends are capable of holding an intelligent conversation on some loftier topics, I mean, every now and then you want to have a conversation about topology, or higher dimensional physics...
So I come here, where I know there is NO chance of an intelligent conversation. Makes it much easier to meet expectations. ;D

I just got back from my professor's office and found out I have a 104 average in Operations Management.
So as of about 30 minutes ago, my semester is over :) w00t!

i like to maximize my time. anytime you get over 100% you should realize you're spending too much time doing something, unless you enjoy doing it more than other things.

but ya see.. this class was so rediculous. I put in maybe an hour a week on this class. I only had it for 3 hours on Friday. I was getting B's and C's all semester like the rest of the class, and all I did differently was to redo all the homework for extra points. Apparently no one else in the class redid the work, so I got extra points.
:) I definitely didn't spend too much time on that class LOL
