Title: What intro mpegs,avi,mov do you use when you startup ur Frontend??

Hello All:

Just trying to get an idea of what everyone uses when they load up they're favorite frontend, be it mamewah, arcadeos, etc.  What avi's or mpeg, anything besides cinemarcades?
