Title: color bleed with Tvs on a slant

I've heard of some people experiencing color bleed on their tvs that have been mounted on a slant.

Is this a common thing to happen?

Color bleed may occur because the screen needs to be degaussed, which is fixable.  Some other TV's just cannot handle being put in a position that is not typical, in which case you won't be able to use it.  

I've tried various makes/models of TV's and have yet to come across a TV that couldn't be put in at a weird position.  Computer monitor, however, is a different story...
