Is there a way to configure mame32 to strtch horizontal games to full screen without having to do it game by game?

I'm running MAME32 v.95 and from what I remember, go to Options -> Default Game Options... and click on the Clean Stretch drop down option Horizontal.

But I could be wrong...

Yes, "Default Game Options" apply to all games, and should be used to set up your default settings (hence the title :) ).  Right-clicking on each game and configuring their individual properties is a per-game process.
