I saw this company had the monitor glass for Star Castle listed on their website and I called to purchase it.

If you're talking about TNT Amusements in Southampton, PA -- yes.
I purchased an older Data East "Two Crude" Dynamo cabinet from them a few years ago, working monitor and everything, for $150. Looking back, I think I overpaid considering the shape it was in, but hey, rookie mistake. The guy in the shop that I dealt with was pretty helpful and let me walk around their warehouse for a while and answered all of my newbie questions.
The owner, Todd (the guy on their goofy public-access commercials) seems kinda pushy. They do great work restoring machines, though, and I think they have a decent trade-in policy on pinballs.
Haven't dealt with them since then, though, so take that for what it's worth.

I got a gutted cabinet, a coin door, and some Suzo inductive sticks from them.
I overpaid for the coin door, but it was my mistake for naming the price. Good experience all around.
Todd brings his collection of cabaret machines to Philly game events and lets the public play them. Some are very rare. He's a good dude.

They were nice enough from what I could tell... I got a cab free from them. Some of the kids I saw working there were a little inexperienced looking, you probably got one of them. They have a good-sized warehouse full of stuff.

On some older machines, the "bezel" artwork was actually screen printed on the back side of the "monitor glass". That may have been what he was talking about.
And Star Castle had a coloured monitor overlay, didn't it ? That could confuse the nomenclature a bit.
