I usually backup my bookmarks to my usb drive.  But now I cna just run the whole broswer from it :)

Cool!  I could see using something like this on a cabinet.  A usb controlled configuration application....  So there isn't even the possiblity of others changing stuff.

Now to convert my configuration to html and add a webbrowser..

Most likely you will convert your config to xml and use a javascript webpage for configuring.

Hmm, you could then add portablefirefox to open your config in the autorun.inf (even if it is to just add to right click menu).
