I would guess that it is just a bootleg/hack board.

It's not on klov.com

They made another chipset that fixed a bug. That's about it.

I have a commando board, it looks just like it. I'd say that he just mis-listed it.  I doesn't say "commando II" in the title screeen.

It uses the capcom classic pinout.

on that pic you can read commando II and in the bottom new series game

i've commando pcb also and it look the same too ....

Hey you are right!  I didn't notice that, and the date.

1989?  That must be a rom hack of some sort.

The startup screen is the same, that's what I was looking at.
