Title: Wondering What This Part Is (Solved)

Would anyone happen to know the exact name of this part and where I can get my hands on some?

I'm guessing it's some type of caster, but I can't find any big enough at the Home Depot/Lowe's. It's from the bottom of an old Ms. Pac-man machine.

Looks like a leg leveler.  Check with Bob Roberts or Happs.

Does Bob Roberts have a new domain or something? Therealbobroberts.com doesn't go to his site any more.
