Title: FS: ATI 9800 PRO 128M AGP 4x/8x

This is a slightly used card, never overclocked, that was setup in my son's game PC. He has recently upgraded and gone NVidia route.

I paid about $200 last Christmas for this card. They seem to run about $75-100 on Ebay.

Definite overkill for MAME PC but thought someone here might be interested for gaming or other setup.

I thought I would see if there was any interest before I post it up on Ebay. I have the original box, docs, drivers (tho you will probably want to upgrade from ATI)  and the accessories, IE: DVI to VGA adaptor, power pigtail, etc etc.

these are still fairly strong cards.  I'm using one in my main gaming rig and it runs everything except FEAR at medium settings and res.

Yep decent cards.. just remember you can pick up a 6600GT which is "just as good" for around 100 bucks new..

by just as good, handful of games run better on the ati, others on the nvidia, but all in all performance is pretty much equal..

know.. I'd offer ya $60 if you dont have any
offers.

Its only a small step up for me, thus I dont
want to fork out too much $$
