Does anyone have or know a source for, the MAME logo in EPS or other format I can import into Illustrator ?

Try http://www.oscarcontrols.com/gallery01.htm for a few high-res logos. Not in .eps format but there is one jpg thats 5600x1600 pixels, this should be fine to import in and rescale and will print quite nicely.

Are you looking for just the outline of the logo? I have one in mac illustrator format, I traced the original logo to create a custom marquee. Let me know if you can use it and I'll make an eps for you.
